Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record for all Cloyk Works orders. Paddle issues your invoices, collects payment and handles sales tax and VAT. Only the workspace owner can manage the subscription.
No. Observers can see the boards open to them but can't change anything, and they never count as seats. Standard includes 5 observers; Premium and Enterprise include unlimited observers.
Your total number of billed seats decides the band, and every seat is charged at that band's price: 10% off from 11 seats, 20% off from 51 and 30% off from 201. Yearly billing saves a further 20%.
If adding someone raises your total, the difference is charged straight away, pro rata. When seats go down, the difference is settled on your next invoice.
Plan changes apply immediately: an upgrade is charged pro rata straight away, and a downgrade is credited against your next invoice. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period, then move to Free. Nothing is deleted — existing work keeps working, and only creating beyond the Free limits is blocked.
Premium comes with a 14-day free trial, once per person. The Free plan has no time limit.
Prices are in US dollars excluding tax; Paddle adds VAT or sales tax at checkout where it applies. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment — see our Refund Policy.
