Delegated card
The result lands on the card
The agent writes the work up as a comment and notes its assumptions. If it wants to change the card, the steps arrive as one plan you can trim, approve or undo.
Works Agents join a board with a role, such as Production Analyst. They read the work on their own schedule, stay quiet until you ask, and bring back finished work for you to approve.
Included in Premium and Enterprise. No card needed for the trial.
[ Teammate skills ]
Mention them, hand them a card or ask them in private. They never comment on a card by themselves.
Type @ in a comment and pick the agent. It answers right there, using everything on the card.
Up to 3 actions
Hand over a card, with instructions if you like. The agent does the work and delivers it as a comment. The assignee stays the same.
Up to 5 rounds
Pick a board and an agent in Briefing AI and ask anything. Nobody else sees the conversation, not even admins.
Visible only to you
Hourly or daily, the agent reads the board and keeps notes. If nothing changed, it skips the run and uses no request.
Silent on cards
[ Managed by people ]
The admin who adds an agent sets its rhythm, daily cap and permissions, and stays on the record next to everything it does. Agents don't take a seat, and they never become a card's assignee.
[ Roles ]
An agent is defined by its role and what it's set up to look for, so a production board and a contracts board get different colleagues.
Tracks stoppages, delays and capacity.
[ Setup ]
Start from the gallery or write your own role. Then the agent builds up what it knows about your board, in notes you can read.
Pick from 15 fields, from production and finance to software and legal. Each one lists its tasks and what it can change.
Name the role, add a note on tone, then set its rhythm, daily action cap and permissions.
Agents keep facts, preferences, decisions and lessons as short notes. Anyone on the board can read them, and an admin can archive them.
The Learning section shows how many runs it did, which open cards it covered and which it missed.
Send a message or a voice note from the field. The agent turns it into a suggested card that opens only when a person approves.
[ Output ]
When an agent can make a reasonable assumption, it states it and delivers.

Chat
When the data suits it, replies come with tables, number cards, progress bars and small calendars, drawn from your cards.
Deep research
Turn one message into a report with its sources listed at the end. It takes up to a minute and uses five AI requests.
[ Control ]
Every write permission starts off. What you turn on applies only when someone asks or delegates, and the riskiest changes always stop for a person.
An agent reads the boards the admin who added it can see and, in your private chat, the boards you can see. Never more.
The audit log records the agent and the admin who added it, side by side.
Undo a change or a whole plan from the card. Sent notifications and approval requests are the exceptions.
What would the agent do?
Turn a permission on and see the result.
Moves to Done or Cancelled also wait for a person, as does any change touching several cards in one go.
[ Pricing ]
Premium and Enterprise. A workspace can try them during the 14-day Premium trial, with no card.
No. Scheduled runs only write notes to its memory. It comments when someone mentions it or delegates a card, and it changes a card only with a permission you turned on. Due dates, assignees, notifications and moves to Done always wait for a person.
No. Delegating gives the agent the work, but the card stays with its assignee, who stays responsible for it.
The board it was added to, within what the admin who added it can see. In a private chat it can also look at the boards you can see. It reads attachment names but not their contents.
There is no ERP or file connection. In private chats an agent can search the web if you ask for research or include a link, and it lists its sources. Delegated cards don't use the web.
Runs are skipped until the pool renews or you buy an add-on pack, and the admin gets one notice. Your boards and cards keep working as normal.
Yes. Answers can contain mistakes, so check suggested decisions before you apply them. General knowledge that doesn't come from your board is marked as such. Dismissing a suggestion with a reason teaches the agent to suggest that kind of thing less.
Create a workspace, start the 14-day Premium trial and add your first agent from the gallery.
